Before Liz was born…

The Englunds and Kayes became friends whie attending child birth classes when Mary Sue was pregnant with Liz. Growing up, Liz spent half her time at the Kaye’s home. Their yards were only seperated by a fence with a gate, so Liz and her sister, Catherine, would pop over to the Kaye’s all the time. This is where she was introduced to Scott’s breathtaking pottery. Throughtout the years, Liz has been collecting handmade mugs and small bowls from Kaye Pottery. They have become her favorite and most used items in the kitchen because not only are they beautiful and functional, they remind her of the Kaye family.

Matt soon met the Kayes after he began dating Liz and was introduced to Kaye Pottery. After Matt and Liz got engaged, they knew immediately they wanted to have a Kaye Pottery dinneware set. Matt is blown away by the unique glazes they chose for their dinnerware. This gift will be used every day in their home and will also hold a special place in their hearts as it was made by one of Liz’s favorite people.
